• Thermostat control:
  Heat = ON IF Temp < 20°C otherwise Heat=OFF
  Cool = ON IF Temp > 27°C otherwise Cool = OFF
• Internal gains: 200 W
• Solar absorptance:
  exterior: 0.6
  interior: 0.6
• Infrared emittance:
  exterior: 0.9
  interior: 0.9

All following ASHRAE140 test cases are based on Case600.
