Linear voltage-controlled voltage source
The linear voltage-controlled voltage source is built in
bondgraphic technology using an effort detector and a modulated
effort source. A-causal bonds must partially be used here, because
the causality of the output port depends on the embedding of the
VCV element in its environment.
