TwoPort interface for Spice-style models

Extends from BondLib.Electrical.Analog.Interfaces.OnePortI (OnePort partial model of analog electrical library for inductors).

Information

All Spice-style OnePorts must have an additional HeatPort, even capacitors and inductors. The reason is that they need the current circuit temperature, which they import through the HeatPort.
