Non-linear collector-emitter current source of the Ebers-Moll BJT
Extends from Modelica.Blocks.Interfaces.SI2SO (2 Single Input / 1 Single Output continuous control block).
Information
This block computes the injected collector current of a BJT in accordance with the Ebers-Moll model.
Parameters: Br: Reverse beta coefficient (default value = 0.1) Vak: Inverse early voltage (default value = 0.02 /Volt)
