This block computes the injected collector current of a BJT with temperature variation in accordance with the Ebers-Moll model.

Parameters:

 Br:   Reverse beta coefficient (default value = 0.1)

 Vak:  Inverse early voltage (default value = 0.02 /Volt)

 XTB:  Forward and reverse beta temperature coefficient (default value = 0)
