Enthalpy merger
The enthalpy merger element is placed between Levels at its
two inflows and a Rate at its outflow. It is used to model
the situation where a company assembles a product from two educts.
All flows are identical, but the incoming flows may represent
different items. Consequently, they may have different enthalpy
values. The outgoing enthalpy is the sum of the two incoming
enthalpies except for dissipative losses (inefficiency of the
production).
