1. Electrical analog library: All semiconductor models were equipped with parameter lists, in which inactive parameters (depending on the modeling level of the device) are dimmed to alert the users of the fact that these parameters are currently inactive.
2. Unit checking: The entire library was checked for inconsistencies in the use of measurement units. Warning messages are currently still obtained for the MOSFET models, because they include variables measured in V^{0.5}, a feature not currently supported by the new Dymola unit checking algorithm, and also for the Biosphere model, because it isn't built around SI units.
