modelFluxControlledMemristor

Partial flux controlled memristor model

Extends from Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Interfaces.OnePort (Component with two electrical pins p and n and current i from p to n).

Information

The memristor is called the 4th missing component besides resistor, capacitor and inductor. The conductance of the element depends on an inner state phi which provides memory. Different functions for this dependency have been suggested. phi is related to the magentic flux: der(phi) = v.
