Information

This is model tests some of the genset features; it makes useage of maps on file.

The power request will not be entirely delivered by the DC terminals because of two reasons:

1. the requested power is the one delivered by the internal ICE, larger than the electrical power delivered by the internal generator, because the latter has, in general, a lower than one efficiency.

2. maximum DC power is also limited by parameter maxGenPow: in this simulation this limit is set to 55 kW and occurs 0.73 and 2.2 s.

To see this you can simultaneously plot trapezoid.y, genset.icePow.power, gsPow.power.
