Second simple test of model OneFlange.

Siimilar to TestOneFlange1, but torque limits taken from a file (un-normalised). 

Since the limits from file allow larger speeds to be reached (250 rpms instead of 210), loss formula parameters are changed to have comparable losses during the considered transient.

Suggesed plots are as per TestOneFlange1. Only, we note that here state is rather meaningless, since it is contantly equal to -1 as it should when limits are taken from file.
