This library is used to model motorcycle chassis.
This library model complexes phenomenons that they characterize the vehicles dynamics with two wheel.
The modeling process of physical reality has made to emerge three principal entity:

Hierarchical levels

The library is based on a hierarchical structure within the total model. This is done to give a clear overview of the model and simplify reusage of components.


Name Description
Braking_System This class contains the bracking system of a motorcycle
Chassis This class contains the standard chassis structure and the relative dimensional data. It is possible to define new chassis.
Suspension This class contains the front spring-damper model, comprehensive of fork and steering gear, and of the back damper
Rear_Swinging_Arm This class contains the rear swing arm and this is all customable
Wheel This class contains all component, parameters, dimensions, inertie and the wheel friction model.
Driver This class provides various pilot model that it control the motorbike acting on steering gear and accelerator
Environments This class contains the road model
 Aerodynamics This class contains the model of aerodynamic resistance
