Dumps the defined packages, classes, and optionally functions to a string.
Information
Used by org.openmodelica.corba.parser.DefinitionsCreator in the Java interface, which parses the string returned here. The corba in that package name is historical and does not imply a CORBA connection; OpenModelica no longer has a CORBA interface.
