The Flux Limiter package offers all the necessary components to solve a linear constant-coefficient system of hyperbolic equations.

In this package **m** is the number of equations in the system, **n** is the number of unknown cell averages, **gcl** and **gcr**

are the ghost cells at the left and at the right part of the domain respectively.
