Fibrinolysin and desoxyribonuclease is a combination drug containing the proteolytic enzyme fibrinolysin and the enzyme deoxyribonuclease (DNase). It was primarily used for topical application to remove dead tissue in wounds, ulcers, burns, and other lesions, facilitating wound healing.
