Ambrisentan and tadalafil is a fixed-dose combination medication approved for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to improve exercise capacity. Ambrisentan is an endothelin receptor antagonist and tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor.
