Oxaprozin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the propionic acid class used for the relief of signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is approved for use in several countries and works primarily by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.
