Orphenadrine (chloride) is a centrally acting anticholinergic agent used primarily for the symptomatic treatment of Parkinson's disease and drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms. It is also used as a muscle relaxant. Orphenadrine is still in use today, though newer alternatives exist.
