A fixed-dose combination of bismuth subcitrate (a bismuth salt), tetracycline (a tetracycline-class antibiotic), and metronidazole (a nitroimidazole antimicrobial) used as part of quadruple therapy for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection and in the treatment of peptic ulcers.
