Rosuvastatin and acetylsalicylic acid is a fixed-dose combination medicinal product containing rosuvastatin, a statin used to lower cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular disease, and acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), an antiplatelet agent used for secondary prevention of cardiovascular events.
