Information

Dutasteride is a dual 5α-reductase inhibitor used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. By inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), it reduces prostate size and improves urinary symptoms. Dutasteride is approved and widely used clinically.
