This fixed-dose combination contains isoniazid (an antimycobacterial agent used for tuberculosis), sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim (synergistic antibiotics used for various bacterial infections, including respiratory and urinary tract infections), and pyridoxine (vitamin B6 used to prevent neuropathy associated with isoniazid).
