The drugs in this package are organized as follows:
Common
contains records of molecular information from DrugBank,Pubchem and other sources as Common.DrugData.{ATC_code}
ATC
contains generated basic models based on ATC code as
ATC.{ATC_first_level}.{ATC_code}
E.g.:
- paracetamol has ATC code N02BE01, the corresponding model is ATC.N.N02BE01
- remdesivir has ATC code J05AB16, the corresponding model is ATC.J.J05AB16
contains all models of drugs inherited from ATC package with generated information + additional manually created and edited models of variants in the following packages organized by {ATC_level_code}_{ATC_level_name}
A_AlimentaryTractAndMetabolism
B_BloodAndBloodFormingOrgans
C_CardiovascularSystem
D_Dermatologicals
G_GenitoUrinarySystemAndSexHormones
H_SystemicHormonalPreparationsExclSexHormonesAndInsulins
J_AntiinfectivesForSystemicUse
L_AntineoplasticAndImmunomodulatingAgents
M_MusculoSkeletalSystem
N_Nervous_System
N_NervousSystem
P_AntiparasiticProductsInsecticidesAndRepellents
R_RespiratorySystem
S_SensoryOrgans
V_Various
Z_Unclassified
Note: models with 'DrugName' and optionally with numerical suffix e.g. 'DrugName_1' are generated and will be occasionally overwritten. To create persistent proprietary drug model implementation use different name or suffix with letters e.g. 'DrugName_1C' for 1-compartment model.
drugs are organized in following packages
{ATC_first_level_code}_{level_name}.
{ATC_third_level_code}_{level_name}.{ATC_fifth_level_code}_{drug_name}.{drug_name}
and always refers to original generated model ATC.{ATC_first_level}.{ATC_code}
- So e.g. paracetamol is at
N_NervousSystem. N02B_OtherAnalgesicsAndAntipyretics. N02BE01_Paracetamol. Paracetamol
- drugs or compounds unclassified by ATC (e.g. not-approved drugs or some chemicals) can go to Z_Unclassified and into probably categorization e.g. J06B_ProbableImmunoglobulins
