Dexamethasone and antiinfectives (ATC S02CA06) is a combination drug used in otological preparations for the treatment of ear infections and inflammatory conditions, often containing dexamethasone (a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant effects) alongside antibacterials and/or antifungals.
