The PowerGrids library was developed by RTE with help from Dynamica s.r.l.. It is part of a larger effort to promote both the use of the Modelica language for power system modeling and the advantages of open-source approaches - for more information, go to Dynawo website.
The library is currently maintained in RTE by A. Guironnet, R. Losseau and M. Saugier with support from F. Casella and A. Bartolini (Dynamica s.r.l.).
