Information

  Depleted mode PMOSFET transistor, modeled for typical
  switching operations, i.e. when Vgs<Vgsth, the transistor
  conducts between its drain and source.
  
  This transistor is complementary to the enhancement mode NMOSFET,
  i.e. it conducts when Vgs is very small.
