This model tests the barometric condenser.
The model is started in steady-state, with 0.07 kg/s of steam at 262 degC is condensed by 1 kg/s of cooling water at 20 degC, resulting in a condensate flow at 65.6 degC.
At time = 10, the steam flow is cut by 50 percent, so the outlet temperature drops by 22 degC. At time = 20, the cooling water flow is also cut by 50 percent, so the initial temperature is restored and the tank level starts dropping significantly. At time = 40, when both flows are cut to zero, the model remains well-posed; this feature can be useful if one wants to simulate circuits where some condensers may be brough off-duty during the simulation.
