modelStep3Staged
Extends from Modelica.Icons.Example (Icon for runnable examples).
Information
In a third step the compression is splitted into 2 stages with an intercooler and the expansion is likewise splitted into 2 stages with a second combustion. This increases the efficiency.
The optimum pressure ratio is smaller compared to the configuration with 1 stage only.
Further documentation is available in the JouleBrayton package.
