Extends from Modelica.Math.Nonlinear.Interfaces.partialScalarFunction (Interface for a function with one input and one output Real signal).
Information
Used to determine the normalized flow rate V_n at peak efficiency eta.
It is used in the function internalCoefficientsFromMeasurements.
