Valve to enforce non negative mass flow rates
Extends from ThermofluidStream.Undirected.Interfaces.SISOBiFlow (Base Model with basic flow eqautions for SISO).

Undirected implementation of CheckValve.
Valve that allows positive mass_flow and builds up a large pressure difference against negative mass_flow.
