Installing OpenModelica-1.4.3 on Windows Vista:

In order to install OpenModelica 1.4.3 on Windows Vista,
follow these steps:

1. grab the .zip file from 1.4.3/zip 
   directory, read and follow the txt from:
   1.4.3/zip/README 
2. follow the instructions from here:
   http://bug.modelicacommunity.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126
