History

The first version of the library was created by Emma Larsdotter Nilsson at Linköping University. The current version of the library has been further developed by Erik Ulfhielm at Linköping University, and by MathCore Engineering AB.

    • The Icons sub-packages are no longer declared partial, which made every example fail to instantiate
    • Examples.centralMetabolism.extra_cellular translates again: the components of cytosol, mitochondria and extra_cellular are declared with the simple names of their nested classes, so the outer cytosol_V of the mitochondrial reaction resolves to the inner declaration of the surrounding cytosol
    • Examples.centralMetabolism: the hexose monophosphate and triose phosphate pools are initialised from one fixed start value per fast equilibrium pair; both members of each pair used to start at zero
    • Examples.CaOscillations: CaER is a BoundarySubstance. The endoplasmic reticulum is a reservoir in this model, and its concentration used to drift negative
    • Examples.GlucoseInsulinModel: the insulin action X and the insulin provision Y are signed deviations from basal and are no longer constrained to be non-negative
    • Examples: replaced the non-standard experiment annotation options NumberOfIntervals = -1 and Algorithm with a standard Interval. A negative number of intervals produced result files with three data points
