The circuit uses the device parameters of Process 35 proposed in [1: p.208]. Notice the use of the ramping sources both on the two input signals, vA and vB, and on the two supplies of -2 Volts and -5.2 Volts, respectively. Without ramping sources, this circuit could not be simulated at all using realistic device parameters. The ramping sources offer a means to slowly approach a DC OP-point before the transient analysis begins.
Experimentation:
Simulate the model during 30 microseconds. Plot the two input voltages, vA and vB, together with the two output voltages, vOR and vNOR, on a single plot.
