Conversion of fractional days to hours

This auxiliary block converts fractional days to hours of the day.

The input variable is the simulation clock (in hours) divided by 24. This is the day of the year, whereby the fraction indirectly contains the information about the hour of the day. The fraction is extracted and converted back to hours.
