Information

The Spice-style resistor has a reference resistance value computed at the reference temperature, Tnom, and for a relative area of Area=1. It changes its value as a function of the circuit temperature and the relative area occupied by the resistor.

Parameters:

 R: Reference resistance (default value = 1 Ohm)

 Tnom: Reference temperature (default value = 300.15 oK)

 TR1: Linear temperature variation coefficient (default value = 0 1/oK)

 TR2: Quadratic temperature variation coefficient (default value = 0 1/oK2)

 Area: Relative area occupied by resistor (default value = 1)

Equations:

DTemp = e2 - Tnom
Rval = R*(1 + TR1*DTemp + TR2*DTemp*DTemp)/Area
e1 = Rval*f1
f2 = (e1/e2)*f1
