Lumped thermal element transporting heat without storing it
This model looks a bit more complicated than the corresponding
model of the Modelica standard library. The difference is caused by
the fact that thermal bond graphs operate on entropy flows rather
than heat flows. The temperature difference causes additional
entropy to be generated, but the power is proeserved, such that
heat in equal heat out.
