This element calculates a tally (time-dependent) statistical indicator. It includes the mean, minimum and maximum values, and the number of observations.
Each value calculated by the indicator is stored in an Object element. The values are updated by the Tally block, using the Object management functions.
At the end of the simulation, the results are written to the output file and the objects are deleted.
