Extends from Gaussian (Base constants and units for Gaussian units (kA = ke = 1)).
Information
The Rydberg constant (R∞)
is not final because the Units package does not
include the gravitational constant. The candela ('cd')
is not final because luminous intensity is not included in Stoney units.
