Extends from Modelica.Blocks.Interfaces.SISO (Single Input Single Output continuous control block).

Once Lipschitz continuously differentiable approximation to the Heaviside(.,.) function. See Example IBPSA.Utilities.Math.Examples.SmoothHeaviside.
