The example tests the implementation of
IDEAS.Fluid.HeatExchangers.ActiveBeams.BaseClasses.DerivativesCubicSpline.
Default vectors are: x=[0,0.5,1] and y=[0,0.75,1].
Input to the model is the simulation time.
