Artemether and lumefantrine combination is an artemisinin-based antimalarial therapy (ACT) used for the treatment of uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria. It is a widely approved first-line treatment in many countries and is currently recommended by the World Health Organization for malaria therapy.
