The simple model of a diode is derived from ZDiode. It consists of the diode with exponental forward and backward breakthrough characteristic, including parallel ohmic resistance R. The diode formula is:

                v/(m*Vt)                -(v+Bv)/(Nbv*m*Vt)
  i  =  Ids ( e          - 1) - Ibv ( e                    ) + v / R

The temperature dependence of the temperature voltage Vt and saturation current of the diode are considered consistently in the partial diodel model.
