The model demonstrate the corerct behavior of the LimiterWithLag.
The limit are set as follows:
uMax = 0.7
uMin = 0.3
and the time lag are set as follows:
LagMax = 2 s
LagMin = 3 s
The signal source is a trapezoid which change the frequeny at t = 20, it is possible to see that the limiter becomes active only in case of low frequency variations of the input signal.
