Extends from Modelica.Icons.VariantsPackage (Icon for package containing variants).
Information
Contains alternative components:
- Equation-based: faster code, restricted to ideal V-I characteristic, but including forward threshold voltage, needed for calculation of thermal losses.
- Modular: composed from semiconductor-switches and diodes. These components with ideal V-I characteristic can be replaced by custom-specified semiconductor models.
