Cleared at first current-zero after end of opening-interval.
Contains replaceable model of plasma-arc.

When opening at current <> 0: arc becomes true (open changes from false to true).
When fully open and i crosses zero: arc becomes false (open does not change).
When closing: arc becomes false (open changes from true to false).
