Rotation with given angular velocity
Extends from Ports.Flange_n (One flange, 'negative').
Information
'flange' moves with parameter-ang-velocity w0 or with signal angular-velocity w, depending on 'scType'.
This is a "soft" speed, using a differential equation. It is needed for compatibility with the default initial equations used in the machine models.
The start value is always given by w0.
