Unit test for SmoothAdaptor with a 15° cone half-angle. The port_a diameter is ramped from 0.005 m through the fixed port_b diameter (0.01 m) to 0.015 m, so the adaptor transitions from a contraction to an expansion (and the design flow switches between confuser and diffuser behaviour). Two parallel circuits are exercised: from_dp is pressure-driven and from_mflow is driven by a sinusoidal (sign-changing) mass flow rate, verifying both loss directions and flow reversal.
