Switch with ramp switching between signals

Information
1. Purpose of model
This model is a switch which does not switch directly but connecting the two signals with a ramp with a given time difference. The basic structure is copied from Modelica.Blocks.Logical.Switch. For time difference=0, it works like Modelica.Blocks.Logical.Switch.
