This component models an ASM1 10 - layer secondary clarifier with 6 layers above the feed_layer (including top_layer)
and 3 layers below the feed_layer (including bottom_layer).

Parameters:

  Asc -  surface area of sec. clar. [m2]
  Xt  -  threshold value for Xtss [mg/l]
