Effluent layer of Otterpohl`s SC model
This class models the top layer of an ASM3 secondary clarifier based on Otterpohl.
No sedimentation flux (mass exchange) with above but hydraulic and sedimentation flux
(opposite directions) underneath.
From here effluent goes to the receiving water.
Sedimentation flux is calculated based on two sedimentation velocities
(for micro and macro flocs).
