This blocks outputs the state of the moist air at of the coil, assuming no condensation occurs. The bypass factor of the coil and the resulting enthalpy difference is computed by its base class Buildings.Fluid.DXSystems.Cooling.BaseClasses.PartialSurfaceCondition.
